METROLOGY ENGINEERING
It is suitable for metering and batching of powdery and granular materials. It is a complete set of automated equipment that uses screw, belt, and vibrating feeders as material conveying tools, and simultaneously performs dynamic weighing and batching control.
Extremely High Precision and Stability
Microcomputer-controlled automation precisely regulates the feeding speed throughout the entire production process (e.g., fast feeding, slow feeding, and jogging), avoiding reading errors or inconsistent feel caused by manual operation.
Improved Production Efficiency and Automation
Operators can preset, modify, and edit production formulas, automatically executing the cycle of material extraction, batching, mixing, and unloading, requiring no human supervision and significantly shortening the production cycle.
Real-Time Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis
The electronic hopper scale uses a dual-speed feeding control method. If material shortage, abnormal pressure, or excessive weighing deviation occurs, the microcomputer will immediately stop the machine and issue an alarm to prevent defective products.
Reduced Production Costs
Precise metering means strict control over the addition of expensive raw materials, reducing waste and ensuring consistent product composition. Furthermore, one operator can simultaneously monitor multiple automatic metering lines, reducing labor requirements.
